Ruth has more than 25 years experience as an executive and team coach, working with leaders, owners, and senior management teams, supporting them through organisational change, rapid growth, succession management, start-up and pre/post acquisition. She focuses on expanding perspectives to help her clients thrive in ever-increasing complexity, and to discover new realms of possibility beyond perceived and real limitations.
Ruth’s involvement with Adapt2Digital is three-fold. Firstly, she is an advisor to the business, ensuring that the core values of the organization are always at the forefront, and that as individuals and teams we are aligned to a shared purpose and a working culture that is as as effective as possible. Secondly, she is executive coach for the senior team members, supporting them with their own professional development. This will be instilled and expanded to new team members as the company sees growth. Thirdly, she is a senior consultant for the business, delivering the behavioural aspect of digital leadership within the realm of change management, mindset, commitment and participation.
Along with her many years of experience, Ruth is an APECS accredited executive coach, has a Masters in Spiritual Science, diplomas in NLP and Photosynthesis, is MBTI certified and has studied Bioenergetics and Gestalt psychology. Her client list is long and impressive, it boasts the BBC, Electronic Arts, Financial Times, News International, PHD Group, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Saatchi & Saatchi, Tesco and Universal Pictures to name but a few.
