Sander Kristel, CIO at Staffordshire County Council wins Digital Engagement Award at Socitm Annual Conference 2014
We are very pleased to announce that Sander Kristel, CIO at Staffordshire County Council took home the award for Digital Engagement 2014 at Socitm's annual conference held in Manchester last week.
The award was one of six on the night and was given for the work being undertaken with Adapt2Digital on the transition of Staffordshire County Council becoming an adaptive organisation to deliver superior customer experience in a digital world.
Sander Kristel commented:
"The work we are doing with Adapt2Digital is innovative and we are excited by its potential. We have run Master classes with members of our Senior Leadership team and other significant influencers and are looking at Staffordshire as a community rather than solely the council as an organisation. There is a lot of talk about Digital at the moment but many organisations are not moving far beyond channel-shift. We believe the work we are doing with Adapt2Digital is taking a fresh and innovative approach to Digital that can help us leap-frog some of the more traditional approaches. My mantra at the moment is “show me mood-boards, not technical architecture.”
