— We are a pure-play Digital Age Leadership company

Adapt2Digital was founded 7 years ago. Today we bring together an amazing group of experts and specialists from across technology, data, coaching, change management, leadership and philosophy to continue to adapt, develop and deliver a model and approach gives clarity to the definition of what effective leadership looks like. The model is supported by a suite of equally adaptive tools and products that profile, coach, mentor and support the self directed development of digital age leadership all over the world.

Having worked directly with customers all over the world, across both government and private industry, 2018 saw the launch of our new online certification programme. Allowing professional leaders and practitioners, anywhere in the world, the ability to build their own credibility as a leader in a digital age as well as support the discovery and development of digital age leadership in others.

The Dilyn Way

The model is called the Dilyn Way and is an adaptive model for identifying, profiling and developing digital age leadership that drives accelerated digital transformation when sufficient maturity is in evidence.

When we have presence of digital age leadership at the right level and in the right numbers, culture shift becomes organic, change becomes part of business as usual and digital transformation becomes a people movement - not a set of projects of programmes.

The team

We have a lean team at its core, supporting the business world in two ways:

  1. Spreading the Dilyn Way model and approach through speaker events and authorship

  2. Building a global community of Certified Partner Organisations and Certified Practitioners who use, deploy and support the ongoing development of the model and product version releases.

Mel is a thought leader in Digital Age Leadership, and chief architect of The Dilyn Way.  She led Disney Channel’s Marketing for Emerging Markets and was a representative on the Digital Strategy Team before taking on the role of CMO at a professional services company to drive their digital and modernisation efforts.

Mel has been mentoring and coaching Digital Age Leadership now for 10 years and it's her passion.  Seeing people leave fear and uncertainty at the door, then enter a world of excitement and discovery all thanks to the digital age.

Currently, Mel is the founder of Adapt2Digital where her mission is to get rid of the junk surrounding digital and transformation and help people get started, then thrive on a great journey. She provides digital advisory to Executive Teams and Boards as well as continuing her commitment to 1-2-1 mentoring to help build the digital leaders of the future.  Mel is also a regular speaker and contributor at conferences and events and always happy to enter into a debate about what the future had in store!
