This 5 hour Masterclass is a great introduction to the concept of Digital Leadership 2.0 for any leader or entrepreneur. This option is great if you are new to Digital Leadership, or if you are just starting on your journey of transformation to become a strong modern leader.
During this Masterclass you will learn about and access the tools to establish your Digital Leadership 2.0 Foundations. Whether you progress and advance beyond this point to one of the other programs, completing the Quickstart Masterlclass will give you a solid foundation from which you can see results fast - in the business and in your personal life.
A 3 Day Live Intensive programme to help leaders and entrepeneurs learn and develop a growth mindset fit for an AI-enabled world. This programme leverages over a decade of leading the space between leadership development and mentoring with digital transformation consulting and advisory, bringing you a unique programme combining Mindset Shift, Energy Leadership and Technology Fluency together for the first time in one space and one programme. This is highly interactive and reflective, so entry is capped to ensure the program is exclusive to small groups of leaders giving everyone voice and support.

Designed to guide you through a 9 week journey of Digital Leadership 2.0 transformation with a daily practice video and action each day building up your confidence and competence for professional success with personal fulfilment in the era of AI.
The program is split into three themes, each covering three weeks.
Weeks 1 - 3 - Leading Self in Mind and Practice: Build self awareness, assess your current digital leadership mindset maturity and get clear on your work-life goals and the life you want to be living.
Weeks 4 - 6 - Leading Change from the Front: This is where we focus on letting go of beliefs and habits that no longer belong in this world and start to implement those that do. You will learn some of the key practice techniques that accompany any transformation into a Digital Leader 2.0 and start to integrate them into your day to day work and life.
Weeks 7 - 9 - Leading Strategy to be Future Fit: Now that we have clear boundaries and have aligned our goals to practice, we are ready to start thinking about what might be possible in the future. By this stage you have access to the evidence and rewards of consistently showing up to do the small things that make big thing matter. This is all about understanding what strategy and future fitness means in the era of AI and then how to bring that too into your practice.
At the end of this program you will be evidencing change with confidence and competence. You will be keeping pace with it. You will keep your direction and courage whatever comes your way. Your energy and wellbeing will have started to be restored or re-energised.
You will be starting to reap the rewards and seeing the results of being professionally successful with personal fulfilment.

Over 9 weeks you’ll be guided through a series of daily sessions (no longer than 20 minutes a day) to develop your Digital Leadership 2.0 identity. This is great if you are used to online learning and also like learning on your own. The daily sessions are designed to guide you through designing and building the practices and habits of effective leadership in the era of AI. Prioritising 20 minutes each day to your leadership growth and your life fulfilment.

Mentoring
Got big ambitions and goals? This might be the best option for you. Working 121 with your mentor Mel, you’ll be taken on a personal journey to develop into your version of a Digital Leader 2.0, You will discover, design and focus on achieving your goals in business and life. Intense but hugely rewarding. The first three months we meet fortnightly, dropping to a monthly session for a further 6 - 9 months. This program also includes Mentoring Minutes where you can access and work with Mel in the moment of need.

Mastermind Group
If challenge is your fuel for change, then this option will be great for you. Working with other senior leaders and entrepreneurs in small groups over a 12 month period. This is high on accountability. The year consists of a mixture of theory sessions, reflective sessions and action learning sessions. These groups are limited to 8 members to ensure everyone’s Digital Leadership 2.0 journey has the focus and support it needs to succeed and thrive.

3-Day LIVE Intensive

This 3-day interactive is perfect if you are leading transformation or wanting to professionalise/scale your business with the addition of a sounding board from others as well as learning from different perspectives. These three sessions are delivered as masterclasses, each accompanied by a set of tools for immediate action.
