About the Program

This is a program specifically designed for existing mentors and coaches or aspiring mentors and coaches.

The program experience will give you everything you need to support leaders around you to lean into and participate in change. It will give you access to the tools to take a leader or leadership group through their own transformation, adopting the mindsets of modern leadership from experimental through to datamindfulness™.

As mentors and/or coaches we are in a unique and privileged position where we are able to support people at the cross section of knowledge and capability with human quality and purpose.

The world we live in means our leaders must grasp new skills and maintain a prepared focus through knowledge. It also means bringing humanity back to the heart of business – business for purpose before profit.

This program has been designed to develop unique mentors who can:

  1. Take leaders on a self transformation journey using diagnostic tools, and transformation techniques that will make change stick.

  2. Help leaders understand and build a consciousness around habit adoption that allows them to keep up to date with change as well as keep changing themselves.

  3. Become a role model modern mindset leader as a mentor – experience the self transformation journey your leaders will experience – to bring evidence of modern leadership habits and behaviours into your own practice to give you edge, credibility and differentiation.

Adopting, developing, and embedding new thinking and behaviours requires structure. This program leverages an International Framework for Human, Social Systems for Change & Transformation, The Dilyn Way™, giving a structure of WHAT as well as a transformative journey of HOW to guide leaders from awareness all the way through to emerging as an Attractor Leader people will follow.

The corporate world and public services globally have accelerated transformation efforts since the Covid-19 pandemic announcement in March 2020. Market analysts and researchers estimate transformation has accelerated by up to 10 years in some sectors and countries. However, one thing remains a challenge – leadership.

Leadership participation in humanising transformation is still below the requirement to engage and bring the culture on the journey. Leadership competency in how to deal with uncertainty, access peak performance with so much happening around us is also increasingly hard to achieve.
