Before I tell you about this world class transformation certification, let's talk about who it is designed for...

You are in the world of change and/or transformation. I'm going to tell you about the framework - The Dilyn Way™. It’s been around for 10 years and is purely focussed on modern mindset theory and the importance of how we bring humanity into transformation: a human and social systems framework for transformation. How the program IS designed

One thing is certain - there is more than one right answer for any challenge or opportunity in today's world. We take this principle to heart, so we've designed this program in a way that speaks to your uniqueness and your needs as a modern leader and practitioner. It’s flexible in a way that can work around you and your time, as well as be specific and personal to your own goals and professional ambitions.

The program is designed around a concept we call Missions to Moonshot. The full program consists of 7 Missions. To begin with a first step is to understand what your personal and unique moonshot is. From here we help you design your missions to moonshot and your personal pathway to success.

Everyone's Moonshot will be different. This first session will be with your assigned Mentor-Coach, who will stay with you throughout the 7 months to help you build your pathway and put the framework and your modern leadership identity into practice. And that’s important, this program is heavily weighted towards practice - we want you to be competent as a certified practitioner and leader not just knowledgeable. During orientation you will explore your goals, ambitions and objectives and work these all into your Moonshot. This will then inform which Missions you will need to complete for your certification.  Everyone is required to complete 4 out of 6 Missions to reach Mission 7 - Professional Certification.

Missions are self directed learning programs containing bite sized modules and exercises. All mission must be completed within three months to allow for four months mentoring in practice.

Once you start on the path of The Dilyn Way™, there is no going back. The framework is grounded in the humanity principle and has roots in philosophy. We believe the gift of the age we live in is our ability to reconnect with humanity, leveraging digital, data and design. As passionate about the future as I am about the human condition, I mentor, advise, and work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and organisational boards to unlock potential and opportunity that technology can bring for the good of humanity, community, and environment. I do this through my work as a mindset shift and energy coach to senior leaders and leadership groups across the world.

Following a career spanning business change, marketing, and transformation, I co-founded Adapt2Digital in 2013. At Adapt2digital, I am chief architect for The Dilyn Way™, a dynamic framework focused on the human and social systems element of transformation. With a heritage in leadership mindset shift, The Dilyn Way™ has matured into a framework that has a growing footprint of qualified practitioners and leaders around the world who are now applying human and social systems shift to their own digital transformation projects, programs and organisations.

Since 2013, together with an amazing team we have worked with public sector, private sector and third sector organisations internationally, connecting Digital Transformation agendas with leadership and more. Our modern, digital age leadership profiling tool has also been used by thousands of practitioners and leaders globally, helping them become role model modern leaders by embedding the 7 Mindsets of modern leadership into their daily practice. In the last few years the framework has been introduced to leading executive training organisations including Melbourne Business School, Roffey Park and used alongside Harvard syllabuses and been introduced to the PMI global senior leadership alumni community.

As well as directly mentoring and advising CEO's and board members achieve the mindset shift needed to embrace transformation, I work extensively with practitioners across HR, L&D, OD and change. Helping them in the design and development of modern leadership interventions. I also support traditional consultancies on the human transformation agenda and development of modern leadership that has included Accenture, EY, and PwC.

I work with women in business and tech as a mentor and coach. I also have the privilege of being an AWE mentor, supporting women who are disadvantaged to enter the world of business by leveraging digital and uncovering their entrepreneurial strength. In 2020, I was invited to work as a mentor with the United Nations as part of an initiative to grow the entrepreneurial women in business footprint across Europe and the Middle East. In addition, I also work with Melbourne Business School as a coach and mentor for modern leadership across Australia and the wider Asia Pacific area.

I am currently researching for my book to help leaders and organizations take control of their data in a purposeful and habitual way. I am passionate about keeping up to date with the latest developments around leadership and mindset, which has resulted in my integrating ongoing personal development into my work with leaders that include Positive Psychology, Flow Practice and Attention Management helping leaders to role model wellbeing and psychological safety at work.

I am a regular speaker and presenter at conferences having presented at conferences including digital leaders, EU General Assembly, UK government and various international industry/sector specific events.

Currently, I am a leading contributor about hybrid management and working that relates to energy and attention management for healthy systems. Oh, and I'm currently working on the second release of a hybrid management app in partnership with the public sector UK.
