Our digital age leadership profiling assessment has been used all over the world, across private and public sectors for over 5 years. Leveraging the adaptive framework - The Dilyn Way™, the product provides insights into a person or groups current mindset and behaviour preferences against the maturity framework.

About the product

The profiling assessment is unique in several ways to more conventional psychometric tests:

User Experience

Online access is provided via a unique link, public link or QR code. Following privacy criteria that can be customised, the individual is then guided through a simple only self assessment supported by basic training and explainer videos. At the end of the assessment the individual receives snapshot results and is prompted to schedule their confidential online debrief with a certified mentor-coach (who can be a certified practitioner internally if required).

A 45-60 min virtual mentor-coaching session takes the participant through the basics of the Dilyn Way™ Framework, qualitative context is added, results are shared and basic themes and indicators discussed - led by the mentor-coach. At the end of the debrief the participant has a clear understanding of their current digital age leadership profile status, insight into any specific themes that show strength or require focus and some recommendations in support of their professional goals and objectives. Data is shared via online data visualisation dashboard, where the mentor-coach and participant can explore results and themes together.

Following the debrief session, the mentor-coach completes the participants profile report. This report includes detail on the framework, results and how to interpret them. Most importantly, the final report provides the participant with the basic information required to create a Habit Plan - the foundational basis for ongoing digital age leadership development.

The participant may wish to transition their results onto the Habit Platform and continue working with their mentor-coach to develop and build their unique leadership pathway. Participants that opt into the Habit Platform have the opportunity to connect and share their development pathways with other leaders.
