As a business coach or mentor you are in a powerful and unique position to hear a leaders inner thoughts, fears, anxieties, wishes and ambitions. When it comes to digital transformation many leaders back away from taking an active part due to many of these feelings and emotions. Yet it is the leaders of our organisations who we all look up to for guidance and followership when change comes knocking on our door.

This program is uniquely designed to equip business coaches and mentors with a framework and a toolkit that can compliment the work they are already delivering when transformation is a core element of the leaders agenda.

In addition to this, the program also takes the coach or mentor on a journey of transformation themselves - to become a modern mindset leader themselves - adding relevance to their work and even expanding their audience to include millennial leaders and entrepreneurs.

This program differs from the Practitioner program in that all mentors become trained in the use of The Dilyn Way™ profiling tool, now used all over the world by leaders across business and government to assess current leadership maturity in a digital age as well as build a leadership transformation journey pathway using The Power of One approach.

Certified Mentors can receive an optional digitally verified certificate.

All programs include a recommended reading list and include relevant case studies and examples often drawn from your facilitators personal experience.
